Is there a shipping charge?
Free shipping on all Jaxx sacs, Jaxx products and bean bag chairs shipped within the continental US, 48 states.
Please keep in mind that a 3% handling fee will added to each order.
All of our products will ship via FedEx/ UPS/ or DHL ground service. All customers will be notified once their item has shipped and will receive carrier and tracking information for their records and peace of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot ship our products via Air or Expedited shipping.
I live outside of the continental US, 48 States, and need to have one of those comfortable chairs?
In most cases we can make that happen guaranteed. We have made families in Canada, Hawaii, and in Europe very happy and satisfied with our products.
All you have to do is contact our support team for a shipping quote before making a purchase of any kind with the product that you are interested in and the quantity you need.
Currently, we only ship some products to PO/APO/FPO addresses.

Once your order is complete and shipped, you will receive your tracking and carrier information via email to the email address that we have on file (that you provided). Please remember to check your spam folders in case your email was marked and misplaced.
I placed my order now, how long do i have to wait?
All of our comfy products are made to order to ensure the freshness and quality of the products that you, the customer, receives.
Currently, the usual shipping time takes at least 7-14 business days. However, keep in mind that there are instances in which delays may occur adding an additional few days to your order shipment time. Our manufacturers work hard to ensure that all orders are shipped as expected.
During Holiday Seasons: It is recommended that you place your order early, at least two months prior to the holidays. One month also works, but keep in mind that the holiday season is one of our busiest seasons and orders may be delayed due to short inventory of fabric and colors. A few weeks prior to the holidays may just not work out. You will receive your product but it may come a day or so after the holiday.

My order is time sensitive, how long do i have to wait after placing my order?
Well, unfortunately 7-14 business days is a standard for most Fuf Chair orders. We included shipping times and additional information which can be found on the products page. There are times in which orders have been shipped before 7 days but we recommend that you not take a chance.
