I placed my order now where is it?
Whoa, please re-read the 'Shipping Information' part of our Questions section... Joking...
All customers will receive notifications along with carrier and tracking information via email to the address provided with the order once their order has shipped.
I placed an order but need to cancel it, what do I need to do?
Unfortunately, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Due to the fact that our products are made to order, we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed and began the production phase, nor can we cancel orders that have already shipped.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we ask that you go through our return process. We strongly recommend that you accept your product(s) and then proceed through our normal return process in order to ensure that you receive a timely refund or credit.
Charge backs and not accepting the order will tie up your funds and in some cases prevent you from receiving your refund.
What is your refund policy, just so that I know that I may have the option?
Okay, if the product is defective (manufacture defects, customized improperly, wrong item, ect.) upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 Business Days of Delivery. We will arrange a UPS pickup for returns and or replacement of the item for FREE.

What is your return policy, just so that I know for a gift or something?
Okay, you must submit a return request within the first 7 Business Days of receiving your item. There is a 25% restocking fee due to shipping costs incurred, and the manufacturer's restocking fees. That is 75% of the purchase price you will receive back. We do not cover shipping back to the warehouse. All return items must be re-packaged in the same packaging they arrived.
Before returning any item we ask that you contact our support team and submit a request for Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Upon submission of your request you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Before placing your order please make sure it is the correct size for your needs, color, ect. In other words make sure it is the chair for you!
