RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
What is your refund policy, just so that I know that I may have the option?
Okay, if the product is defective (manufacture defects, customized improperly, wrong item, ect.) upon arrival, you must contact us within 7 Business Days of Delivery. We will arrange a UPS pickup for returns and or replacement of the item for FREE.

What is your return policy, just so that I know for a gift or something?
Okay, you must submit a return request within the first 7 Business Days of receiving your item. There is a 25% restocking fee due to shipping costs incurred, and the manufacturer's restocking fees. That is 75% of the purchase price you will receive back. We do not cover shipping back to the warehouse. All return items must be re-packaged in the same packaging they arrived.
Before returning any item we ask that you contact our support team and submit a request for Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Upon submission of your request you will be emailed with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please include the following:

Before placing your order please make sure it is the correct size for your needs, color, ect. In other words make sure it is the chair for you!
